Personal Creative Projects
This is an ongoing project creating portraits of Matriarchs in my family. This shoot kicked off the series. This Matriarch’s children are just starting to get married. She’s on the brink of stepping into this title. This shoot captures this moment in time for her.
Matriarch Series
Women with their Flowers launched the first Naranji JReams Project. It was held in my one bedroom apartment in Long Beach California. It was a community event and photoshoot. A celebration of bringing a dream into this reality with us. I asked the Women in my life to bring their favorite flower to be photographed with. In attendance were my the women in my family, my friends and neighbors.
